Why the 100mg size?
GHK-Cu is a small tripeptide commonly used at higher molar concentrations than larger peptides, so the 100mg vial delivers strong cost-per-milligram value for extended cell-culture and in-vitro programmes — without the frequent reordering of smaller sizes. Same 99.3% HPLC purity, full COA.
Free standard shipping on all orders over $199 AUD. Wholesale tiered pricing available — see /wholesale.

What is GHK-Cu?
GHK-Cu (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine copper complex, CAS 89030-95-5) is a naturally occurring copper tripeptide found in human plasma, saliva, and urine. First isolated by Pickart in 1973, it consists of the tripeptide Gly-His-Lys chelated with a copper(II) ion (MW ~403.9 Da as the complex), and has become the most extensively researched copper peptide in skin and regenerative biology.
In published research, GHK-Cu has been studied for: collagen and elastin synthesis and skin remodelling (via TGF-β signalling and matrix metalloproteinase regulation), wound healing and tissue repair, antioxidant gene expression (SOD, catalase), hair follicle biology, and angiogenesis (VEGF expression). Its copper chelation is essential to much of its studied activity — the free GHK tripeptide has a different profile than the copper complex.
GHK-Cu is supplied here strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. It is not approved by the TGA for human therapeutic, cosmetic, or veterinary use. For deeper context, read our research guides: How to Reconstitute Peptides and Peptide Storage Guide.
Frequently Asked Questions
GHK-Cu (Copper Tripeptide-1) is available in Australia from Peptide Warehouse Australia (auspeptidewarehouse.com.au), an Australian-owned research peptide supplier based in Melbourne. We stock GHK-Cu as 100mg lyophilised vials at 99.3% HPLC purity, dispatched Australia-wide via Australia Post with full tracking. Orders placed before 12PM AEST dispatch the same business day from our Melbourne warehouse. We are not affiliated with peptide-warehouse.com or any overseas supplier.
GHK-Cu is legal to purchase in Australia for legitimate in-vitro laboratory and research purposes when supplied as lyophilised powder. It is not listed as a scheduled substance under the Therapeutic Goods Act or the Poisons Standard when sold for research use only. Purchasers must be 18 years or older and confirm research-only intent at checkout. GHK-Cu is not TGA-approved for human therapeutic, cosmetic, or veterinary use. See our /legal page for full information.
GHK-Cu 100mg is $94.99 AUD per vial at Peptide Warehouse Australia. The 100mg format offers strong cost-per-milligram value for extended research programmes that would otherwise require frequent reordering of smaller sizes. Wholesale tiered pricing is available for verified labs, clinics, and resellers via our /wholesale page.
Our current GHK-Cu batch (PW-260304) is independently tested at 99.3% HPLC purity. The Certificate of Analysis includes HPLC purity quantification, mass spectrometry identity confirmation (including copper-complex verification), and sterility screening results. The full COA is publicly viewable in our /coa library — match the lot number on your vial to the COA on the site to verify what you're receiving.
The blue-green colour of reconstituted GHK-Cu is normal and expected — it is a direct result of the copper(II) coordination chemistry. Cu²⁺ ions coordinated with the Gly-His-Lys tripeptide absorb light in the red-orange range (~600–700 nm), producing the characteristic blue-green appearance, the same principle behind the colour of copper sulfate solutions. A clear, blue-green solution indicates correct reconstitution; a cloudy or particulate solution would indicate a problem. For research use only — not for human consumption.

Yes. Lyophilised GHK-Cu must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (BAC water) before use in research protocols. Add 1–2mL slowly down the inside glass wall of the vial using a 31G syringe and swirl gently — the solution will appear blue-green, which is normal. BAC water contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol which maintains sterility for repeated sampling over 4 weeks. Both BAC water and 31G syringes are available on the same order — see /products/bac-water-10ml and /products/insulin-needles-31g.
