(a) any use of products outside of their stated in-vitro research purpose; (b) human consumption, self-administration, or injection of any product; (c) veterinary administration of any product; (d) any physical, psychological, or financial harm resulting from misuse, unauthorised use, or use contrary to these terms; (e) improper reconstitution, storage, handling, or disposal of any product; or (f) reliance on any information on this website for medical, therapeutic, or clinical decision-making.

By purchasing from Peptide Warehouse, you acknowledge and agree that:

(i) you have been clearly warned that products are not intended for human or veterinary use; (ii) any decision to use a product in a manner inconsistent with its stated research purpose is made by you alone, is your sole responsibility, and Peptide Warehouse bears no responsibility or liability for any consequence of that decision; (iii) Peptide Warehouse's liability, where it cannot lawfully be excluded, is limited to the replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price, at our election.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any right or guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

Subject to clause 7 above and to the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Peptide Warehouse and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use, misuse, unlawful use, or improper handling of any products purchased from our store. This limitation is subject to any rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law.
