Peptide Warehouse Australia ships exclusively within Australia. All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse via Australia Post with full tracking. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST/AEDT on a business day (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays) are eligible for same-business-day dispatch. Orders placed after this cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Standard Post is a flat rate of $8.99 AUD. Express Post is available for $13.99 AUD. Orders with a subtotal over $199 AUD qualify for free Standard Post, and orders with a subtotal over $299 AUD qualify for free Express Post if Express is selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post network conditions. Remote and regional areas may require additional transit time.
3. Pre-Order Items & Estimated Dates
From time to time, certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis. Any pre-order dispatch date, ETA window, or stock arrival date shown on the site, at checkout, or in order communications is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
Pre-order dates may change or be delayed due to supplier, manufacturing, import, customs, freight, or carrier delays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where practicable, we will update affected customers if there is a material delay. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship in separate parcels at no additional charge.
4. Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked, tamper-evident packaging with no external branding or product descriptions visible on the outside of the parcel. Lyophilised peptides are packaged to protect against physical damage during transit.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery via auspost.com.au or our Track Order page. If you have not received a tracking number within one business day of placing your order, please contact us at info@auspeptidewarehouse.com.au.
6. Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, Peptide Warehouse Australia ships exclusively within Australia. We do not offer international shipping. All orders must be delivered to a valid Australian address — including NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, NT, and ACT.
7. Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Peptide Warehouse Australia is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@auspeptidewarehouse.com.au and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@auspeptidewarehouse.com.au with your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the damaged packaging. We will investigate with Australia Post and work with you to arrange a replacement or full refund.
Once your order is marked as Delivered by Australia Post, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer. Peptide Warehouse Australia takes no responsibility for missing parcels once a confirmed delivery scan has been recorded. If you believe your parcel has been marked delivered in error, please raise a dispute directly with Australia Post. We recommend providing a secure delivery address — such as a workplace or parcel locker — to ensure safe receipt of your order.
