Returns & Refunds Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from Peptide Warehouse you agree to the terms set out below. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. No Change-of-Mind Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on the basis of change of mind, regardless of whether the product has been opened or used. Due to the nature of research compounds — including strict storage requirements and the impossibility of verifying the condition of returned products — all orders are considered final once dispatched.

2. Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

A remedy may be available where a product:

  • Is faulty or damaged upon arrival
  • Is not of acceptable quality
  • Does not match its description or specifications
  • Is not fit for the purpose for which it was supplied

3. How to Lodge a Claim

If you believe you are entitled to a remedy, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@auspeptidewarehouse.com.au with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging where relevant

We will assess your claim and respond within 1–2 business days. Where a remedy is warranted, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the ACL. Our standard remedy is a free replacement; a refund may be available where a replacement is not possible.

4. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be dispatched via express post at our cost, or issue a full refund including any shipping costs incurred.

5. What Is Not Covered

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used
  • Orders where incorrect shipping details were provided at checkout
  • Products stored outside stated guidelines (−20°C lyophilised; 2–8°C reconstituted)

6. Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-order purchases are not eligible for refunds or cancellations. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the order is final and no monetary refund will be issued.

Exceptions may be made solely at the discretion of Peptide Warehouse Australia. Any such exception is a goodwill gesture and does not create an ongoing obligation or precedent. Where a refund is approved at our discretion, any transaction fees incurred are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Pre-Order Delays

Any pre-order estimated dispatch date or stock arrival window is an estimate only and may change without notice. Pre-order timelines may be affected by supplier, manufacturing, import, customs, freight, or carrier delays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

A refund is not automatically available solely because a pre-order is delayed. Any refund request arising from a pre-order delay will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We may approve a refund where a delay becomes unreasonably long or where we consider it appropriate in the circumstances, except where a remedy is required under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
