We accept PayID and Bank Transfer (both fee free), Credit/Debit Card via Stripe (1.7% + $0.30 surcharge), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. PayID and Bank Transfer are the most cost-effective. All fees are shown clearly at checkout.

Some banks temporarily hold PayID payments to new payees for up to 24 hours. Please wait 24 hours, then email info@auspeptidewarehouse.com.au with a screenshot of your payment so we can manually confirm your order.

If you need to change items before paying, place a new order with the correct products and pay for that one. Email info@auspeptidewarehouse.com.au and we'll cancel the unpaid order.

In-stock orders can usually be modified or cancelled before dispatch — contact us as early as possible at info@auspeptidewarehouse.com.au. Pre-orders are final and not eligible for refunds or cancellations. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Yes. All prices on our site are GST-inclusive — the 10% Australian GST is built into the listed price. Your order confirmation shows the GST portion for your records. Contact us if you need a tax invoice.

We ship within Australia only via Australia Post. All orders include tracking and deliver to every state and territory — NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, NT, and ACT.

In-stock orders placed before 12PM AEST on a business day dispatch the same day; orders after 12PM dispatch the next business day. Standard Post takes 2–6 business days; Express Post takes 1–3. Pre-orders dispatch within 7–10 business days. Free Standard Post on orders over $199 AUD.

All orders are sent in discreet, plain sealed packaging with no external branding. Product integrity is maintained throughout transit.

Every order is dispatched with Australia Post tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email once dispatched. Track your parcel at auspost.com.au.

All peptides are ≥99% HPLC purity, independently tested at an accredited third-party laboratory. Every batch is verified for purity, identity (by mass spectrometry), and sterility before dispatch. If a batch doesn't pass, we don't sell it.

Yes. Every batch comes with a Certificate of Analysis covering purity, identity, and batch details. Our full COA Library is publicly searchable — no account or purchase required.

Store lyophilised peptides at −20°C, away from light and moisture — they remain stable for up to 2 years under these conditions. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within 4 weeks.

Add bacteriostatic water using a syringe, letting it run slowly down the side of the vial — do not squirt directly onto the powder. Swirl gently. Do not shake. Refrigerate once mixed. See our step-by-step reconstitution guide and use the Peptide Calculator to work out exact syringe units.

Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost. Pre-orders are final.

Photograph the packaging and product immediately upon receipt and email info@auspeptidewarehouse.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll dispatch a replacement of the same product at our cost within 1–2 business days of approval.
